The vets themselves were fantastic and always available over the phone if I had questions and concerns after I brought him home. Gosh, they really deserve all the stars and positive reviews!! I brought my cat Milo in late at night recently when my husband and I noticed he was struggling... read more to pee. We Googled and started panicking, looked up open vet clinics and Advanced Vetcare was one that was open, highly rated and closer to us. We got in the car and I called them on our way to the clinic. The receptionist helped set up my profile, then gave me clear instructions on what to do upon arrival (the building is closed after hours and covid rules, etc). They had a nurse do an initial consult with Milo as soon as we arrived (the vet was with another patient). Not long later, the vet called us in and spoke to us about Milo, confirming he had a blockage, asking about his medical history and living situation/habits/behaviours and then explained to us what the next steps would be. Milo had to stay in vet care for a few days. They said they could look after him there, or we could transfer him to a local vet. We thought about it and decided to keep him at Advanced Vetcare, as the change in environment might add to his stress. Advanced Vetcare called me at least once a day to give me progress updates. TLDR; I am so, so impressed with the level of professionalism I've experienced from Advanced Vetcare. Every person I've spoken to (vets, nurses, receptionists) has been so lovely - genuinely wonderful bedside manner. I also asked about costs and they were always happy to provide me with quotes, costs to date and were clear about potential additional costs. Thank-you for looking after my baby Milo and my husband and I - you've made a stressful situation significantly better and we are so grateful.

We had to say goodbye to our cat last night (20/1/23). This clinic couldn't be faulted and made the incredibly difficult experience as easy as they could for us. ... read more We had received a critical diagnosis from our local vet toward the end of their business day. He wasn't in pain so we took him home and called Advanced Vet Care to let them know we were on the way. When we got there, they saw us straight away and they had a room set up for us. The vet Taylor (along with all the other staff we encountered) was incredibly compassionate, kind and patient. Taylor knew this was my first experience of this process so she made extra bit of effort to give me kind words. She lit a candle, played soothing music and gave us as much time as we needed to cuddle him and say our goodbyes. We were also given as much as time as we needed after he fell asleep to spend time with him privately. Thanks Advanced Vetcare for helping us through this experience. I'm so grateful. Wanting to pass my thanks to the staff we were with on 20/1/23, it must be hard to work in an emergency environment so your efforts are appreciated. Very glad we chose this clinic as my old boy's last trip to the vet.
